Change of Mind
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not offer refunds or accept returns on fragrance samples or decants if you change your mind, do not like the scent, or decide the fragrance is not what you expected.
This is standard across the fragrance industry.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos or videos of the packaging and the affected item(s)
Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue store credit for the affected items.
Incorrect Items Sent
In the event an incorrect item is received, please notify us.
We will resend the correct item at no additional charge.
You may keep the incorrect sample.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. Once Australia Post confirms the parcel is lost, we will provide a replacement or store credit.
Refunds (if approved)
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
