Processing Times

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

During peak periods (Christmas, sales, viral launches) processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We ship via Australia Post from Melbourne, VIC.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Tracking information is emailed once your order is shipped.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Returned-to-Sender Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered (incorrect address, unclaimed, etc.) and is returned to us, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Responsibility After Dispatch

Once the parcel is lodged with Australia Post, delivery time and parcel handling are outside of our control.

We will assist with postal investigations if needed.
