Processing Times

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

During peak periods (Christmas, sales, viral launches) processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We ship via Australia Post from Melbourne, VIC.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3 to 8 business days
• Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days

(timeframes are estimates only and may vary)

Tracking information is emailed once your order is shipped.

Shipping Fees

Free Standard Shipping applies to orders of $75 or more. For smaller orders, and for Express Shipping, the shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Returned-to-Sender Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered (incorrect address, unclaimed, etc.) and is returned to us, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Responsibility After Dispatch

Once the parcel is lodged with Australia Post, delivery time and parcel handling are outside of our control.

We will assist with postal investigations if needed.
