Welcome to ScentShare Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our website.

1. Overview

This website is operated by ScentShare Australia. Throughout these Terms, “you” refers to users, customers and visitors of our site.

We reserve the right to update or change any part of these Terms at any time.
Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order with ScentShare, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years of age
  • the information provided at checkout is accurate and complete
  • you are authorised to use the payment method provided

3. Authenticity & Product Disclosure

ScentShare sells authentic fragrance samples that are rebottled/decanted from original full-size bottles into smaller travel-friendly atomisers.

We do not sell imitations, clones, inspired scents or diluted products.

ScentShare is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any perfume house, designer or brand.

All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep all product descriptions, photos and pricing accurate. However, we do not guarantee that information on the website is error-free.

Atomiser appearance, colour or exact volume may vary slightly from images shown.

Spray counts are estimates only and may differ depending on individual usage.

5. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices may change without prior notice.

Product availability may change, and items in your cart are not reserved.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange an alternative, refund or store credit.

6. Order Processing & Shipping

We ship orders from Melbourne, Australia, using Australia Post.

Estimated delivery times (business days):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 days

Processing time is typically 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once a parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery speed and handling are outside of our control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, including:

  • disliking a scent
  • discovering a fragrance does not suit your skin
  • purchasing the wrong scent accidentally

We do, however, offer replacements or store credit when:

  • an item arrives damaged or leaking
  • the wrong item was sent
  • Australia Post confirms that your parcel was lost in transit

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if damage or incorrect items are involved.

8. Lost or Missing Parcels

If a parcel is delayed or missing, we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf.

A replacement or store credit will be issued only once Australia Post confirms the parcel is lost.

Parcels marked “Delivered” but not received will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this website or its content for:

  • illegal purposes
  • unauthorised resale or redistribution of our samples
  • copying product information or images for commercial use
  • interfering with site security or performance

We may refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos and product descriptions — is the property of ScentShare Australia unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or modification is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Australian law, ScentShare is not liable for:

  • allergic reactions or skin sensitivities
  • misuse or incorrect storage of products
  • postal delays or issues outside our control
  • loss or damage resulting from reliance on website information

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Privacy & Data Handling

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our site, you consent to data collection for order fulfilment, communication and analytics.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Any disputes will be resolved in Victorian courts.
